Normally I'm in school when this happens. Actually I've always been in school when this happens until now. Yes, in fact I did watch President Obama's inauguration speech. On a labtop streaming Dutch television, at 5-530 pm in Birmingham, England. He's well spoken, hoping that times will get better, while at the same time acknowledging that we face a stiff uphill battle. All my classes deal with my country. I'm learning lots of things that my brain didn't even contemplate. The "blinders" are getting removed so to speak. Or further ripped off I like to believe. (Thank you French trip.)
Today is also the first day I saw protestors for a free Palestine. They were loud enough in the streets that my CIA since 1945 class prof had to raise his voice. Wish everybody could have an experience when they SEE.
I'll try not to get too gritty in the future, and write more about the horses. Still need to send emails out to the different websites to get some traveling figured out. O, and it was sunny today.

Silly girl you don't always have to write about horses:P. It's nice to read about your daily life and everything that's going on there. Now about that sunshine of yours, you mind sending some back this way? It's still freezing here.
